Do we have a lift?

Yes, we do have a lift accessing all areas in the store.

Do we sell ready made linings?

Yes. We stock ready made Blackout Linings in white and black.

Do we sell occasional furniture?

Yes. In Lighting & Home Accessories Department. 

Cafe Fresco do you cater for food intolerances?

Yes. We cater for gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian.....please ask as the range is always growing.

Do we cut keys?

Yes. We sell Cylinder, Mortis and Pre-cut in the Hardware Department. 

Do we have a delivery service?

Yes. Within a 50 mile radius for furniture we also use a nationwide delivery service for smaller items. 

Do we sell Yankee Candles and products?

Yes. We sell Yankee products in the China & Gifts Department. We also are one of the biggest suppliers of Village Candles and Woodwick candles including all accessories.

Do we sell pans for induction cooking?

Yes. these are available from Cookshop and Kithcenware Depts. 

Do we hire cake stands?

Yes. We have an excellent selection available for hire in our Kitchenware Department. 

Can I return wallcovering?

Yes. Wallcovering purchased from stock can be returned within 4 weeks. Sale stock purchases must be returned within 2 weeks. Customer orders are un-returnable. 

How long does the made to measure curtain service take?

Our made to measure service normally takes 6 weeks. 

Bedding - do we sell 100% cotton sheets?

Yes, we stock a 300 thread count egyptian cotton bedding range

Is fabric purchased by the metre returnable?

No, sorry cut fabric is not returnable.This does not accect your statutory rights.

Do we have products for wedding hire?

Yes. Our stunning Crystal Arch, Floral Pedestals, Topiary Tree's Glass Table Centre's. 

Do we do custom framing?

No. However, we do do a mount cutting service, and we have a vast selection of frames for instant framing your prints or photos.

Can I order a specific rug in a bigger size?

Yes. Many of our rugs are available in larger sizes. 

Do we do postal delivery?

Yes, we do.

Do we sell Gift Cards?

Yes. The perfect solution! Minimum £5 or maximum of £200 per card

What is our returns policy?

For a full refund goods should be returned with proof of purchase within 28 days. 

What payments do we accept?

All major credit/debit cards except American Express. 

What and when are paynments due when using the measure & fit service? 

We require 50% deposit to begin the process and 50% balance is due 2 days before the booked fitting day. 

Does the store have late night shopping?

Unfortunately we do not at the present time.
